To ensure quality at every step of the way, Galaxy Connect became manufacturers of e-liquids in October 2018, so we understand the challenges that are faced by any company wanting to establish themselves within the vaping sector.
Fume hood and Balance
The fume hood minimises the employees’ exposure to hazardous chemicals while maintaining a safe work place environment.
The analytical balance is used to accurately weigh samples and standards to four decimal places e.g. 0.0001 g ensuring the data collected is reliable and accurate.

Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
The GC-MS helps to separate a mixture of compounds and quantify the abundance of each compound in a known sample.
The exact amount of a compound can be compared against analytical standards.
Propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and nicotine standards are used to calculate the amount present in each of our e-liquids.
An internal standard of known concentration is also present in every sample analyzed.
